The hotel was fabulous and comfortable in general, had courteous staff at the reception desk. The room was immaculately clean and with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and a personal safe at your disposal, fabulous view. The breakfast was very good and magnificent with a huge variety of food.
It had quite hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The twin room I stayed in was tastefully decorated with view of the mountain. The hotel had a remote setting on the cliffs of the N coast of Madeira. Plus, it was really close to housed in a separate building and nature, true costal ocean view, local atmosphere, personal service, piece and quiet, relaxing, mindfulness and good food.

Enjoyed Santana, the hotel was well-maintained on a dramatic coastline. The staff was professional and service-minded, always on hand when needed. I booked fashionable twin room here with fabulous views as well as very good beds. The venue was in a remote location near to the cliff with the ocean and mountain view, the nature of Quinta do Furao's gardens and the restaurant and pub, housed in a separate building.
